Contractor marketing pricing: three plans from $3,500 a month, built to pay their way

Every price and term is on this page, so you can judge us before you ever talk to us. Each plan is one system run by one team and measured in an owner’s numbers: Map Pack positions and Maps calls from day one, booked jobs and cost per booked job once ads and follow-up are running. Not clicks. Not impressions.

All three plans have a six-month minimum, and your agreement names your services, counties, milestones, ad budget and terms before you sign. Further down, the arithmetic shows how many extra jobs a month cover the cost in your trade.

Why we recommend Revenue Infrastructure

Because Google Maps takes time, and your schedule can’t wait for it. Maps positions usually start to move in 60 to 90 days, longer in a busy county. Search and Local Services Ads put you in front of people hiring this week while that work builds. And none of it pays off if the after-hours call goes to voicemail, so every lead gets an answer in under 60 seconds.

Bought from three vendors, those pieces never talk to each other. Revenue Infrastructure runs them as one system, from one account, measured in booked calls and cost per booked job. Your first 90 days:

Weeks 1 and 2

Tracking and call recording go live, with a recording notice to callers. We file your text registration so missed-call text-back starts as soon as it clears, rebuild your Google profile, and you approve the ad plan and the scripts.

Weeks 3 and 4

Search ads go live, one campaign per job type, and Local Services Ads follow as soon as Google’s verification clears. AI chat and the AI voice line launch after test calls you listen to, and the first service and town pages go up.

Day 60

The second report shows booked calls, cost per booked job and Map Pack positions, and the budget moves toward what’s booking.

Day 90

The day-90 milestone is measured against the number in your agreement, and you see the result before anything else. If we missed it, you can leave at day 90 with no fee and keep what we built. We wrote it that way on purpose.

Add-ons and one-time work

Conversion Site Build

$7,500 to $15,000 one-time, depending on how many service and town pages you need: a fast site built for phones, with every form wired to your follow-up. Half at signing, half before launch. Included with Revenue Infrastructure and Multi-Market.

AI Front Desk

$1,200 a month

Three-month minimum and no onboarding fee, then month to month with 30 days’ written notice.

Every missed call texted back, every form answered instantly, plus AI chat and an AI voice line that says it’s an AI and books the estimate. On its own or added to Map Pack Takeover.

Onboarding

$500 one-time

on Map Pack Takeover. Included on Revenue Infrastructure and Multi-Market.

Covers the first 30 days of build work, and it’s refunded if your profile, tracking and first pages aren’t live within 30 days.

Exclusivity and terms, in writing

In each county we work with one HVAC or plumbing company, one remodeler, one coating company and one roofer, and your agreement names your counties. Once you’re in, your competitors there can’t hire us. If your county is taken, the audit reply says so before you pay anything. Your domain, website, Google profile and ad accounts are in your name from day one, and what we build is yours once it’s paid for.

How your day-90 milestone is set

  1. The free audit records where you stand today: your Map Pack position on the searches that matter for your trade, your reviews against the top three, and how long a missed call or form waits for a reply.
  2. Your agreement turns that into a number for day 90, measured the same way, and you read it before you sign.
  3. If the number looks too easy or out of reach, say so. If we can’t agree on one, we don’t sign.
  4. At day 90 we measure it the same way and show you the result first.

We don’t ask you to take our word for it. That’s why the milestone and the exit are in writing, and why the free audit shows our work before you pay anything.

  • Six-month minimum on every plan except AI Front Desk on its own (three months), then month to month with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Milestones are written into your agreement at days 30, 60, 90 and 180. They’re milestones, not a guarantee.
  • Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, at least $1,500 a month per county on plans with ads. Royalso never marks it up.
  • On Map Pack Takeover, if your Google profile, tracking and first pages aren’t live within 30 days of signing, the $500 onboarding is refunded.
  • No purchased links, no private blog networks, no “authority” redirects. Ever.

If we miss the day-90 milestone written in your agreement, you can leave at day 90 with no fee, no argument, and keep what we built.

Why these prices: the arithmetic for your trade

Start with what doing nothing costs. The call that went to voicemail at 6:40 pm. The lead you bought that was also sold to your competitors. The Map Pack spot someone else took while you were on a roof. Each one was a job. Weigh any plan against jobs like those, in gross profit rather than revenue, because that’s the honest test. The figures below are examples; put in your own numbers.

HVAC

At a $1,500 average job and a 40% gross margin, about six extra jobs a month cover Map Pack Takeover.

Plumbing

At a $650 average job and a 50% gross margin, about eleven extra jobs a month cover it.

Remodeling

At a $40,000 average project and a 30% gross margin, one extra project every three months more than covers it.

Epoxy and concrete coating

At a $3,200 average floor and a 50% gross margin, a little over two extra floors a month cover it.

Roofing

At a $9,500 average roof job and a 30% gross margin, a little over one extra roof a month covers it.

Revenue Infrastructure: count the ads too. $6,500 plus the $1,500 minimum in ad spend is $8,000 a month. On the same examples, that’s about 13 extra HVAC jobs, 25 plumbing jobs, five coated floors or about three roofs a month, or one extra remodeling project about every six weeks. If that’s a stretch today, start on Map Pack Takeover and add the ads when you’re ready.

Send the audit form and the reply runs this arithmetic for your trade and your county.

Questions owners ask about contractor marketing pricing

How much does contractor marketing cost?

Three plans: Map Pack Takeover at $3,500 a month plus a one-time $500 onboarding, then Revenue Infrastructure at $6,500 a month and Multi-Market at $10,000 a month, both with onboarding included. Each has a six-month minimum. On the plans with ads, you also pay Google or Meta directly for ad spend, at least $1,500 a month per county, and we never mark it up. AI Front Desk on its own is $1,200 a month.

Is ad spend included?

No, and that’s deliberate. You pay Google or Meta directly, from an ad account in your name, so you see every dollar. The minimum is $1,500 a month per county on Revenue Infrastructure and Multi-Market; most markets need $3,000 for full coverage. We never mark up spend and never hold your budget.

Why a six-month minimum?

Because six months is the shortest span in which the numbers we answer for can be judged fairly. Maps positions usually start to move in 60 to 90 days, longer in a busy county, and the day-90 exit protects you if we’re off track. After that, it’s month to month with 30 days’ written notice.

What is the onboarding fee for?

The first 30 days of build work: profile rebuild, tracking, pages, ad accounts, follow-up scripts and test calls. It’s $500 on Map Pack Takeover and included on Revenue Infrastructure and Multi-Market, and it’s refunded if your profile, tracking and first pages aren’t live within 30 days of signing.

Can I start with just a website?

Yes. A Conversion Site Build is $7,500 to $15,000 one-time, half at signing and half before launch, with the follow-up wiring included. We’d still suggest Map Pack Takeover alongside it, because a fast site nobody finds on Google Maps rarely makes the phone ring.

What happens if a milestone is missed?

If we miss the day-90 milestone written in your agreement, you can leave at day 90 with no fee, no argument, and keep what we built.

How do I pay?

Retainers are invoiced on the first of the month and paid by card or ACH within seven days. Site builds are half at signing, half before launch.

Which plan is right for me?

Send the audit form. Within one business day, the reply names the plan we’d suggest for your trade and county, with the price, and tells you whether your county is still open. No sales call.

Prefer to talk it through first?

Book 20 minutes with a founder. Bring your numbers (crews, average ticket, what you spend on marketing now) and leave knowing whether your county is open and which plan fits, whether you hire us or not.

Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. Book a time or call.

Find out which plan fits, and whether your county is open

Send the audit form. Within one business day you’ll get a video and a written list with three fixes you can make yourself, whether your county is open, and the plan and price we’d suggest. We take one contractor per trade in each county, and every week of missed calls is jobs going to someone else.
