Remodeling marketing designed to sell the project before the first call

A homeowner planning a $40,000 kitchen doesn’t call the first remodeler they find. They study galleries for months, read every review, and shortlist the firm that looks like it has already built their project. Royalso builds that firm’s Google presence: home remodeling SEO, project pages, reviews, Google and Meta ads, and follow-up that answers every estimate request in under 60 seconds, then stays in touch for as long as they take to decide.

Marketing for remodelers who sell projects, not repairs

We work with kitchen and bath remodelers, whole-home renovators, basement finishers, addition builders and design-build firms doing roughly $1 million to $20 million a year: companies with a project manager, crews or trade partners they trust, and a portfolio worth showing. If your projects run $20,000-plus and you have room for more of them, this is built for you. If not yet, the audit will tell you straight.

Home remodeling SEO: what we build every month

A Google profile that shows your work

Remodeler or kitchen remodeler as the primary category, every service listed by room, a post a week, photos from finished projects and a reply to every review within two days. When a homeowner searches “kitchen remodel” and their town, the Map Pack sits above the regular results, so this is where home remodeling SEO starts.

A page for every kind of project

Kitchens, baths, basements, additions and whole-home renovations: one page each, with its own gallery, its own price-range paragraph and its own FAQ. They’re different searches by different homeowners at different budgets, and the price ranges filter out tire-kickers before they ever pick up the phone.

Project pages that do the selling

Every finished project gets its own page: the town, the brief, the photos, the budget range. They go after searches like “bathroom remodel” plus the town name, and they’re what a couple reads at 10 pm while deciding who gets the call.

Reviews after every project

When a project wraps, the homeowner gets a review request by text if they agreed to texts and by email if not, with one reminder. On a decision this size, the reviews get read before the gallery does.

Town pages built from real projects

One for each town you want more work in, showing the kitchens and baths you finished there, so homeowners see your work in their own neighborhood.

Reporting in estimates, not clicks

Map Pack positions for the searches we track, estimate requests by source, and what we changed. One email a month, written for an owner, not a marketer.

Google and Meta ads for remodelers

Google search ads on “kitchen remodeling contractor” and “bathroom renovation” plus your towns reach homeowners who’ve decided to hire. Meta reaches the ones who haven’t decided yet but stop scrolling at a kitchen like theirs; for remodelers it earns its place, so we run it on Revenue Infrastructure. Every click lands on the page for that room, with its gallery and form, and every form gets a reply in under 60 seconds. The ad budget is yours, paid straight to Google and Meta, with no markup from us.

Design-build marketing for a decision that takes months

A design-build client can spend months researching before signing a design agreement, so your site has to carry them the whole way: a process page that walks through design, budget and build; project pages with real budget ranges; and follow-up that checks in on day 1, 3 and 7, then every other week until they book a consultation or say stop. The Maps work is the same as for any remodeler. The patience is what’s different, and it’s built in, so no lead goes cold because your team got busy.

Why not just buy leads from Angi or a lead service?

Because a bought lead goes to several remodelers at once, and by the time you call back, the homeowner is comparing prices, not portfolios. The homeowner who finds you through your own Google presence has already seen your work and read your reviews. That’s a different first conversation. It’s also why we stay narrow: four trades, one remodeler per county, and a report that counts booked estimates, not traffic.

What remodeling marketing costs, in projects

The math comes down to one project a quarter. Plans start at $3,500 a month, and at a $40,000 average project and a 30% gross margin, one extra project every three months more than covers Map Pack Takeover. Revenue Infrastructure adds Google and Meta ads, the long follow-up and, if your site can’t carry the galleries, a new one. Every plan and what’s in it is on the pricing page.

The terms, in plain words

Six-month minimum on retainers, then month to month with 30 days' written notice. A Conversion Site Build on its own is a one-time price. One contractor per trade per county, named in your agreement. If we miss the day-90 milestone, you can leave at day 90 with no fee and keep what we built. Your domain, website, Google profile and ad accounts are in your name from day one, and what we build is yours once it's paid for. Ad spend goes from your own account straight to Google, and to Meta where your plan includes it.

Questions remodelers ask us

How much does SEO for a remodeling company cost?

Map Pack Takeover is $3,500 a month plus a one-time $500 onboarding, with a six-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ written notice. Revenue Infrastructure adds Google and Meta ads, the AI voice line, AI chat and the long follow-up for $6,500 a month, onboarding included, plus your own ad spend of at least $1,500 a month per county (most markets need $3,000). A new site, if you need one, is a one-time $7,500 to $15,000, and it’s included with Revenue Infrastructure.

How long before a remodeler sees estimate requests from SEO?

Maps positions usually start to move in 60 to 90 days, longer in a busy county, and estimate requests follow the positions. Design-build takes longer, because the homeowner does. Your milestones are written into the agreement, and if we miss the day-90 milestone, you can leave at day 90 with no fee and keep what we built.

Do you handle kitchen and bathroom remodeling SEO separately?

Yes. Each gets its own page, gallery and price range, and its own campaign if you run ads, because the homeowner pricing a bathroom isn’t the one planning a kitchen.

Do you work with design-build firms?

Yes. The Maps work is the same. The site gets a process page that explains design, budget and build, and the follow-up runs longer, because a design-build client can take months to sign.

Is “AI SEO” for home improvement something different?

It means showing up when a homeowner asks Google’s AI or ChatGPT for a remodeler in their town. The same work drives it: a clear profile, pages that say what you do and where, real projects, and the same facts about your company everywhere on the web. There’s no separate trick.

Do you take more than one remodeler in the same county?

No. One remodeler per county, named in your agreement. If yours is already taken, the audit tells you before anything else.

See what a homeowner sees before they call you

Send us your business name and the towns you work, and within one business day you’ll have a screen-recorded video and a written list: the three remodelers Google puts on the map for your towns, your reviews against theirs, whether your site has a page for each kind of project, how long an estimate request waits for a reply, three fixes you can make this week, and whether your county is still open. The homeowners planning next season’s projects are researching now, and we take one remodeler per county.
