Contractor marketing services, run as one system from search to booked job

The web designer blames the SEO company. The SEO company blames the ads guy. Nobody can tell you why the phone went quiet in March. That’s marketing bought in pieces.

Our contractor marketing services cover the four pillars of a booked job as one system, run by one team: get found, get chosen, get booked, get measured. Four trades, one contractor per trade in each county. Start with a free video audit that shows where your jobs are leaking.

Before anyone calls, a homeowner compares you with the other names on the map, on a phone, in seconds. We build fast WordPress sites with a page for each service and each town you cover, your own project photos and reviews, a call button that never leaves the screen, and forms that feed your follow-up the second they’re sent.

Right for: a contractor whose site is slow, built on Wix or Squarespace, or crams every service onto one page. Included with Revenue Infrastructure and Multi-Market, or available as a one-time build.

When a homeowner types “AC repair” or “garage floor coating” with their town, Google shows three businesses on a map, above the regular results. That’s the Map Pack, and for a contractor it’s where most of the calls come from. We work your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your citations and your service-area pages every week to win one of those three spots for your trade in your county, and to hold it. You see it every month as Map Pack positions and Maps calls.

Right for: a contractor who lives on referrals and wants Google to become a second source of work. The base of every Royalso plan.

The homeowner who fills in your form at 8 pm has usually filled in two others, and the first company to reply gets the estimate. Missed calls get a text back and forms get a reply in under 60 seconds. AI chat on your site answers questions day and night, and an AI voice line takes the calls your crew can’t, says it’s an AI, asks your intake questions and books the estimate into your calendar. Anything it can’t handle goes to a person.

Right for: any contractor whose calls go to voicemail while the crew is on a job. Included from Revenue Infrastructure up, or as AI Front Desk, on its own or added to Map Pack Takeover.

SEO builds over months. Ads can have the phone ringing within days of going live, when the campaign targets the searches that mean “I’m hiring today” and every lead gets answered. We run Google Search and Local Services Ads, plus Meta for remodeling and coating companies (every trade on Multi-Market). Every click lands on a page built for that job, cost per booked job is the number we answer for, and your ad spend goes from your own account straight to Google or Meta, never marked up.

Right for: a contractor with crews to fill now, or a seasonal trade that needs the calendar loaded before the season starts. Included from Revenue Infrastructure up.

Get measured: one system, judged in booked jobs

Ads bring the click. The website turns it into a call or a form. The follow-up answers before the competitor does. The reviews from those jobs lift your Maps ranking, which brings the next call without paying for the click. None of the four works as well alone; run by one team, each feeds the next.

You see all of it in one report, in an owner’s numbers: Map Pack positions, calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job. Plans start at $3,500 a month; the pricing page shows what each one includes.

Contractor marketing services: questions owners ask

Which trades do you work with?

HVAC and plumbing, remodeling and design-build, epoxy and concrete coating, and roofing. That’s the whole list, on purpose: focus means your trade’s searches and seasons are already built into the plan. Each trade has its own page under Industries.

Can I buy one service on its own?

Yes, with one exception. Local SEO is the base of every plan: Map Pack Takeover is $3,500 a month plus $500 onboarding. A Conversion Site Build is available on its own at $7,500 to $15,000 one-time. AI follow-up is available on its own, or added to Map Pack Takeover, as AI Front Desk at $1,200 a month. The exception is ads: they run only on Revenue Infrastructure and Multi-Market, because ads without fast follow-up waste money.

How long until SEO produces calls?

Maps positions usually start to move in 60 to 90 days, longer in a busy county. The milestones for your county at 30, 60, 90 and 180 days go into your agreement.

Is there a minimum term?

Six months on every retainer, or three months for AI Front Desk on its own, then month to month with 30 days’ written notice. If we miss the day-90 milestone, you can leave at day 90 with no fee and keep what we built.

Who owns the accounts?

Your domain, website, Google profile and ad accounts are in your name from day one, and we work in them as a manager. Your CRM and tracking numbers run in a GoHighLevel account we manage for you. What we build is yours once it’s paid for.

Not sure which service comes first?

That’s what the free audit is for. Tell us your business name, trade and county. By email within one business day, a screen-recorded video and a written list show which of the four is costing you the most jobs right now, three fixes you can make yourself, and the plan and price we’d suggest. No sales call. If your county is still open in your trade, it stays open only until a competitor signs.
