HVAC lead generation that rings your phone, and nobody else’s
A shared lead from HomeAdvisor or Angi reaches your competitors the moment it reaches you. By the time your tech calls back between jobs, the homeowner has booked someone else. Royalso’s HVAC lead generation runs on exclusive HVAC leads instead: calls from a Google profile built to win the Maps top 3, and from Local Services Ads and search campaigns that bill your own Google account, each one answered in under 60 seconds.
One HVAC or plumbing company per county. Your competitors can’t buy your leads, and they can’t hire us either.

What a shared HVAC lead really costs
The same homeowner is sold to several companies at once. You pay whether or not it books. You race strangers to the phone, then fight on price with whoever got there first. And the day you stop paying, the calls stop, because you never owned them. You were renting.
HVAC leads you own, not leads you rent
An owned lead is a homeowner who found you on Google and called your number. Nobody else was sold the request. The profile, reviews, pages and ad accounts behind that call are in your name, so they keep working for you, not for a lead seller.
Where exclusive HVAC leads come from
- The Google Maps top 3. When the AC quits, the three HVAC companies on the map get the first calls for “AC repair near me” and “furnace replacement”. A complete profile, a page for every service and town, and steady reviews are how you earn a place there. How we do HVAC SEO.
- Local Services Ads. They sit at the very top of the page and carry the Google Verified badge once you pass Google’s checks. You pay for leads, not clicks, and each one is a homeowner contacting you directly, in an account that’s yours.
- Search ads for the jobs you want. “AC replacement near me”, “heat pump installation”, “furnace repair”: one campaign per job type, each landing on the page for that job.
- Your website. A page for every service and town, a call button that stays on screen, and every form wired straight into the follow-up.
- The calls you already get. Every missed call gets a text back in under 60 seconds. On Revenue Infrastructure or AI Front Desk, the AI voice line takes the call, says it’s an AI and books the visit. The cheapest lead you’ll ever get is the one already calling you.
Heat waves and cold snaps are when leads leak
In a July heat wave or a January cold snap, the phone rings faster than the office can answer. A homeowner who hits voicemail doesn’t wait; they call the next company on the map. Text-back and the AI voice line catch those calls while your team is on the other line. Your free audit shows what happens to your calls after hours today.
A flat retainer, never a per-lead fee
You pay us one flat monthly retainer. Local Services Ads and search ads bill your own Google account directly, and we never mark up a dollar of spend. On Revenue Infrastructure, your monthly report shows booked calls and what each booked job cost: the number to hold up against any lead service.
Two ways to stop renting leads
Map Pack Takeover builds the leads that come from Google Maps: your profile, service and town pages, reviews, and an instant text to every missed call. Revenue Infrastructure adds Local Services Ads, search ads, the AI voice line and booking, so calls come from the map, the ads and your site, and every one is answered in under 60 seconds. Ad spend is yours, paid straight to Google.
The break-even math
At a $1,500 average job and a 40% gross margin, each job leaves about $600. About six extra jobs a month pay for Map Pack Takeover, and about 13 pay for Revenue Infrastructure plus a starting ad budget. Now set that against last month’s shared-lead bill. Example numbers, not a forecast: see what missed calls cost you in the missed-call calculator.
What’s yours in writing
Exclusivity: your trade and counties are written into the agreement, and no other HVAC or plumbing company there can sign with us while you’re a client. Ownership: you hold the domain, website, Google profile and ad accounts from day one. Accountability: four written milestones, at days 30, 60, 90 and 180, and a day-90 exit if we fall short. And the founders build and run your system themselves.
HVAC lead generation questions
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. They’re calls and forms from your own profile, ads and site, so they come only to you. We don’t sell leads, and we take one plumbing or HVAC company per county.
Do you charge per lead?
No. You pay us a flat monthly retainer. Local Services Ads do charge per lead, but Google bills that to your own account and we never mark it up. Plan on at least $1,500 a month in ad spend per county; most markets need $3,000.
How soon do the calls start?
On Revenue Infrastructure, search ads go live in weeks 3 and 4, and Local Services Ads follow as soon as Google’s verification clears. Maps positions usually start to move in 60 to 90 days, longer in a busy county.
Can I keep my lead service while this ramps up?
Yes, and while your own calls build, it’s often the sensible move. Keep a paid lead source until your Maps, ads and website carry the load, then cut it back.
How much does HVAC lead generation cost?
Our fee is flat. Map Pack Takeover: $3,500 a month and a one-time $500 onboarding. Revenue Infrastructure, with Local Services Ads, search ads and the AI voice line: $6,500 a month, onboarding included. Ad spend is separate and paid by you to Google. Both run six months at minimum, then month to month on 30 days’ written notice, and if we miss the day-90 milestone, you can leave at day 90 with no fee and keep what we built. Full details are on the pricing page.
Stop renting leads. See what owning them takes.
Give us your business name and county. Within one business day you’ll get a screen-recorded video and a written list: your map position against the top three HVAC companies in your county, three fixes you can make yourself, what a homeowner hears when they call after hours, the plan we’d recommend and what it costs, and whether your county is open. Every shared lead you buy meanwhile is split with strangers, and your county goes to whichever shop signs first.
